Però devo dire che il giorno seguente il mio ordine sono subito stato contattato dal customerservice, tramite mail, che mi segnalava la mancanza e che se fossi stato interessato a portare avanti l'ordine ci sarebbero voluti ca. 10/15 gg per farlo arrivare dal fornitore, se invece volevo recedere dal contratto avrebbero provveduto a rimborsarmi subito l'intero importo. Quindi diciamo che il mio voto ad oggi vale a metà, un po per il prodotto non disponibile, pur essendo segnato sul loro sito disponibile, ma con il servizio molto cortese e tempestivo. Devo dire un'ottimo servizio iniziando dal customerservice che mi ha comunicato tempestivamente la mancanza e lasciandomi la possibilità di annullare l'ordine con il riaccredito dell'importo, il prezzo del prodotto sicuramente il più concorrenziale sul mercato, la celerità nella consegna, nonostante il prodotto non fosse a magazzino. 5 Stelle ci stanno tutte!!!
