XTool Textile Printer - All-in-One Kit

The XTool Textile Printer is an advanced apparel printer designed for professional use in the textile and advertising industry. It can produce permanent color prints on all types of fabrics: from cotton and polyester, to denim and canvas, to spandex, nylon or leather. Unlike sublimation and screen printing, it also allows printing on dark materials, ensuring vibrant colors and sharp details. The all-in-one kit also includes equipment to support the entire printing and fixing process: the OS1 Automatic Agitator Oven Machine for the automatic application and fixing of adhesive powder, and the SafetyPRO™ AP2 Air Purifier, an air purifier to remove dust and odors while working with laser and thermal equipment.

Industrial-grade performance

The printer achieves impressive production speeds: in one hour it can apply 440 3” × 3 prints with 4 passes or 26 large 12” × 8” designs with 6 steps. This makes the machine suitable for both small custom orders and for mass production of garments. The width of the working area is 356 mm (14"), allowing even the printing of large designs in full T-shirt format.

Cutting-edge printing technology

The device uses a double Epson I1600 (3rd generation, 2023) printhead: one is responsible for color and the other for white ink. The resolution of 720 × 1800 DPI (Dots Per Inch, the number of printing dots per inch) and ultra-fine 3.8 pL drops (picoliter, the unit of ink volume) guarantee maximum sharpness and uniform coverage. Thanks to the dual system, the heads are more resistant to clogging and last up to twice as long as previous solutions.

Professional quality

The device is calibrated according to the G7 Certified standard, which means a perfect reproduction of colors and shades. The colors displayed on the computer screen are faithfully transferred to the fabric and the prints remain sharp even after numerous washes. The printer offers HD (High Definition, high resolution) prints with full color consistency from screen to print.

Smart support

An integrated 16 MP AI (Artificial Intelligence) camera automatically calibrates the heads, performs print tests and detects nozzle clogs. In addition, the software uses artificial intelligence to improve image quality: it increases the resolution of blurry graphics, generates text-based designs, and optimizes the layout of the elements on the sheet, saving ink and material.

Reliable printing process

The XTool Textile Printer automatically uses a unique “Print-to-Bake” process. This process involves four steps: printing, applying the adhesive powder, uniform distribution and firing (polymerization). As a result, the prints are flexible, abrasion resistant, and maintain vibrant colors for a long time, offering an advantage over sublimation or screen printing.

Intuitive software

The XTool Creative Space software replaces external RIP (Raster Image Processor) tools. It allows you to modify designs, prepare mockups, nest and control printing parameters in a single environment. The intuitive interface simplifies use for both novice and experienced traders.

Automatic maintenance and monitoring

The SmartCycle™ system works continuously, taking care of cleaning the heads, the circulation of white ink and adequate hydration. The XTool Textile Printer is therefore always ready to use and you can monitor its status in real time from the mobile app.

The all-in-one kit includes two specialized devices that support the entire apparel manufacturing process. The OS1 Automatic Agitator Oven Machine automates the application and polymerization phases of adhesive powder: with double-sided operation, compact design and powder recycling system for maximum efficiency and material savings. The SafetyPRO™ AP2 Air Purifier, on the other hand, is an air purifier designed to effectively remove dust and odors generated during the operation of laser and thermal equipment, ensuring a safe and clean work environment.
