The Revopoint MetroX Pro 3D scanner is an advanced tool that combines multi-line laser technology and structured light to offer an accuracy of up to 0.01 mm and an accuracy of up to 0.02 mm. It supports 4 scanning modes and reaches speeds of up to 7,000,000 dots per second in full-field mode and up to 2,000,000 dots per second in laser mode. This allows objects between 10x10x10 mm and 1x1x1 m to be mapped quickly and precisely, making it a versatile tool for engineering and design applications.

Advanced technologies and measurement accuracy

The scanner uses a combination of Multi-line Laser Scan and Full-field Structured Light Scan technologies, allowing the operating mode to be adapted to specific tasks and surface types. Users have access to 30 blue cross-line lasers, 15 parallel lasers and 62 lines of structured light, for highly detailed mapping. This solution, combined with an accuracy of 0.01 mm and an accuracy of 0.02 mm, allows you to capture even the smallest details.

High performance and operational flexibility

With support for GPU-accelerated scanning and a frame rate of up to 60 FPS, the device allows for fast data collection without compromising quality. The scanner offers manual and stationary modes, allowing you to adapt the workflow to the type of object and the scanning conditions. The support of Feature, Marker, and Global Marker tracking methods improves operational stability and makes it easier to scan various surfaces.

Large scan range and ease of use

The device operates at a distance of 200-400 mm, offering a 43x33° field of view. At the closest distance, it captures an area of 160x70 mm, and at the maximum distance, 320x215 mm, allowing for convenient scanning of both smaller elements and larger technical components. The compact design, with dimensions of 209x88x44 mm and a weight of 508 g, makes it easy to transport and use in various environments.

Software and system compatibility

The scanner works with the Revo Metro software and allows the streaming of images from a computer to mobile devices thanks to the Revo Mirror function. It is compatible with Windows 10/11 (64-bit) and macOS 11.0 or later. Support for PLY, OBJ, STL, ASC, 3MF, GLTF, and FBX formats allows for easy model processing and preparation for 3D printing.

Stable operation and components

The scanner is equipped with a 2.0 GHz quad-core ARM processor and an integrated depth map processing system, which ensures stable and smooth operation while scanning. This allows the device to analyze data efficiently in real time, reducing delays and simplifying the entire 3D modeling process. The use of 12 blue LEDs further supports the optical system, improving the quality of the acquired data and helping to map details more accurately.
