Fast and efficient platform heating

The OrangeStorm Giga heating platform consists of four independent PEI tiles, each measuring 410 x 410 mm. The entire surface can be uniformly heated to 100°C in just 17 minutes, allowing for a faster start of printing and ensuring better adhesion of the models to the platform. The ability to automatically identify and heat only the active part of the platform also allows significant energy savings.

Extreme print speed

The OrangeStorm Giga is equipped with a powerful 64-bit quad-core processor that provides the stability and processing power needed to make high-speed prints. With a maximum print speed of 300 mm/sec (with a recommended speed of 150 mm/sec), the OrangeStorm Giga is one of the fastest printers in its class, allowing you to significantly reduce delivery times for large projects.

Even more capacity

The OrangeStorm Giga supports printing using four nozzles at the same time. You can print four copies of the same model using different colors of filament or the same material in a single cycle. This functionality allows you to create multicolored models and increases production flexibility, especially useful in commercial and industrial applications.

Efficient cooling

The OrangeStorm Giga printer features powerful cooling fans on both sides of the frame to increase printing stability and accuracy. The intelligent control of the fans allows them to be turned off when printing is finished, reducing energy consumption and noise and extending the life of the device.

The OrangeStorm Giga is a 3D printer with a robust design equipped with linear guides on the X and Y axes, which increase printing stability and the precision of the head movement.
