Spedizione rapida e comunicazione molto semplice e cordiale

Purtroppo l'asse da stiro è ritornato ammaccato in due punti.

Esperienza pessima. Prima accettano l'ordine facendo credere di avere il materiale a magazzino in pronta consegna. In realtà ordinano sul venduto. Poi dopo giorni " persi" e di attesa ti annullano l'ordine dicendo che il fornitore non ha piu' disponibilità del pezzo ordinato. Pessima esperienza.

Il sito https://www.assperr.it/ è davvero facile da usare: in due semplici clic ho ordinato il pezzo di ricambio del mio vecchio robot Kenwood a zero spese con ritiro in negozio; il giorno dopo Cristina del Sales Web Site mi ha scritto per mail che non lo avevano in magazzino e che lo ordinavano e infatti è arrivato arrivato in 7-10 giorni come comunicato. Servizio semplice ed efficace.

La modalità di vendita online è valida, paragonabile ad altri negozi. La nota dolente è che la disponibilità a magazzino non è evidente. Ho acquistato un ricambio e, solo dopo qualche giorno, sono stato informato via email che Assperr avrebbe fatto un ordine al fornitore perché non ce n'erano in magazzino. Ritardo di consegna di almeno una settimana. Bene aver informato il cliente e aver reagito per soddisfarlo, meno bene aver aspettato un ordine per verificare la disponibilità a magazzino
